Project 1 - a 'smart walker' with a break, so when the wheels start going too fast they lock themselves. The prototype is a lego wheel with a servo motor whose arm blocks the wheel when it starts to go too fast. Project 2 - an arduino in a case with a distance sensor. When approaching an object, the distance sensor detects the distance and has a speaker make noise to prevent blind people walking into objects. |
